Through the Transform Your Future programme, we're on a mission to provide you with free support, helping you to take your first steps on a new journey.

Transform Your Future is designed to support you with all of these barriers.
We can provide you with the information and advice you've been looking for, and help you to get started on a new path.
Our aim isn't to rush you into finding a job that doesn't feel right - we want to make sure that you feel comfortable and confident.
You'll work with our friendly team at a pace that suits you and you'll be offered support in all areas, not just finding employment.
What support will I get?
You'll be offered a wide range of support that is tailored to you and your needs, including:
- Job searching
- Accessing learning to complete courses and gain qualifications
- Gaining employment and sustaining it for 6 months
- Accessing the benefits system
- Engaging with the support offered by other services outside of Futures
- Developing life skills such as confidence, motivation, digital skills, and more

To access support through Transform Your Future in Leicester, you must:
- Be a resident of one of the following areas:
- Abbey
- Aylestone
- Beaumont Leys
- Belgrave
- Braunstone Park & Rowley Fields
- Castle
- Eyres Monsell
- Fosse
- Humberstone & Hamilton
- Knighton
- Rushey Mead
- Saffron
- Thurncourt
- Troon
- Westcotes
- Western
- Be aged 16 or older
- Not be in education, employment or training (including apprenticeships)*
*Please note - some exclusions may apply if you have accessed a DWP programme such as Restart or Kickstart and gained a positive outcome (eg: started work or training) in the last 6-12 months.
